Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 480 g turkey meat, shredded
- 100 g mushrooms (can), sliced
- 2 onions
- 5 tbsp oil
- salt and pepper
- 250 ml cream
- 250 ml chicken broth
- ½ bunch parsley, flat
- curry powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Heat the oil and brown the meat. Season with salt and pepper. Peel and slice the onions. Add them along with the sliced mushrooms and continue to cook. Then deglaze with chicken stock and cream. Season with curry powder. Cook over low heat for about 25 minutes. Finally, season again and serve hot. Serve with rice.
