Curry with Difference

The perfect curry with difference recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Turkey breast
  • 2 piece Cauliflower
  • 3 Onions
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 Can Unsweetened coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 2 tbsp Chili sauce spiciness level 6
  • Freshly grated nutmeg
  • Ground caraway
  • Curry powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • 0,5 bunch Fresh chopped coriander
  1. Wash turkey breast, dab with kitchen roll and cut into strips. Peel onion and garlic and chop finely. Wash cauliflower well, cut into bite-sized pieces and boil in salted water for 5 minutes, strain and let stand on the side.
  2. Heat the sesame oil in a pan and fry the turkey strips in it. Take out of the pan and let rest briefly on the side. Sauté the onion and garlic in the pan, add cauliflower and a little curry powder. Roast everything briefly and then dust with a little flour. Let the flour take on a light color and deglaze with the coconut milk.
  3. Add the turkey strips and season with salt, pepper and hot sauce ‘Der Mord’. Simmer gently for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with the freshly chopped coriander before serving
