Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g flour
- 180 ml water
- 10 g yeast, fresh (1/4 cube)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 100 g cheese (pizza cheese), grated
- 4 sausages (Wiener)
- Ketchup (curry ketchup)
- curry powder

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 40 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 12 minutes

Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water, mix with the flour, sugar, and salt, and knead. Let the dough rise for about 40 minutes in a place that isn’t too cold. Slice the sausages. Divide the dough and roll out into two large flatbreads. Spread thinly with curry ketchup. Top with the sausage slices and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 250°C (top/bottom heat) or 220°C (fan oven) for about 12 minutes on a baking sheet lined with baking paper or in two pizza pans at a low oven level. To serve, dust with curry powder (spiciness to your liking). You can also roll out the dough completely rectangular and bake a sheet pizza.
