Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 turkey schnitzels
- 2 tomatoes, ripe
- 125g mozzarella
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 shot of water
- salt and pepper
- herbal salt
- nutmeg
- 125 g rice
- salt water

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Pound the meat and season with salt and pepper. Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella. Cook the rice in salted water. Meanwhile, heat the oil and butter together in a pan. Add the meat to the pan, turning it over and top with the tomato and mozzarella slices. Season with herb salt, pepper, and a little nutmeg. Add a splash of water. Cook over low heat with the lid on until the cheese begins to melt. Serve with the rice as a side dish.
