  1. First you make the curry sauce – you can find the recipe for this under the link = Curry sauce à la Biggi
  2. The next step is to prepare the fries. Peel the potatoes and cut into sticks. I don’t do this with a ruler because I really like the irregularities on the plate. The sticks are now parboiled for 10 minutes – so that they are really hot. Now drain and fry. This takes about 10 minutes.
  3. Next, prepare a small lettuce as a side dish. Simply add yoghurt, white balsamic vinegar and olive oil, pepper, salt, a hint of lemon and sugar.
  4. Now fry the sausages without fat on a grill plate or pan. The roasting time is about 5-7 minutes. Turn off heat and keep warm. At the same time, the fries are put back into the deep fryer and browned.
  5. At best, everything is now ready at the same time and can be brought to the table for self-service.
