  • 3 eggs

  • 3 tbsp clarified butter

Fry the sliced ​​dumplings in hot clarified butter until golden brown. Whisk the eggs with the milk, season with salt, and pepper. Layer the dumpling slices in a baking dish and cover with the milk, chives, and egg mixture. Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 25 minutes. Serve with cucumber salad or leaf salad with sour cream dressing.
