Cutlet with Onion and Mushroom Vegetables

The perfect cutlet with onion and mushroom vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Chop
  • 4 size Vegetable onions
  • 300 g Fresh mushrooms
  • Salt, pepper, paprika powder
  • Oil for frying
  1. Peel the onions, quarter them and cut into strips. Clean the mushrooms and cut them in slices.
  1. Wash the cutlets, pat dry and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the cutlet on both sides. After approx. 3 minutes, reduce the temperature and finish cooking slowly, taking each side out of the pan for approx. 5 minutes, depending on the thickness of the chops.
  1. Fry the onions in the frying fat when they are nice and brown, add the mushrooms and cook for another 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  1. We ate bread and butter with it.
