Cutlet with Onion and Mushroom Vegetables
The perfect cutlet with onion and mushroom vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 Chop
- 4 size Vegetable onions
- 300 g Fresh mushrooms
- Salt, pepper, paprika powder
- Oil for frying
- Peel the onions, quarter them and cut into strips. Clean the mushrooms and cut them in slices.
- Wash the cutlets, pat dry and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the cutlet on both sides. After approx. 3 minutes, reduce the temperature and finish cooking slowly, taking each side out of the pan for approx. 5 minutes, depending on the thickness of the chops.
- Fry the onions in the frying fat when they are nice and brown, add the mushrooms and cook for another 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- We ate bread and butter with it.
