Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 liter of broth (bone broth, chicken broth or ready-made broth)
- 4 cloves garlic
- 200 g cheese, grated
- 200 g ham, diced, cooked
- 2 slices white bread, diced
- Parsley, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Bring the broth to a boil and add the fresh, peeled garlic through a garlic press. Serve the broth piping hot and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve with diced ham, grated cheese, and toasted white bread cubes on a separate plate. Some serve small vermicelli noodles with the broth. Others cook finely grated carrots, potatoes, and other ingredients.
