Dad's egg pancakes with Nutella, sugar and apple sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 ml milk
  • 3 eggs (size M)
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 8 tbsp flour (heaped tbsp)
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of baking powder
  • possibly apples
  • e.g. margarine for frying
  • e.g. Nutella
  • n. B. sugar
  • e.g. applesauce
  • n. B. jam

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Also ideal for children’s palates

Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat lightly. Briefly stir in the milk, vanilla sugar, baking powder, and sugar. Add the flour and stir until no lumps remain. Fry the finished batter in batches in a pan (approx. 28 or 30 cm) over medium heat. Serve with applesauce, sugar, jam, and Nutella. If you like, you can also add fresh peeled apple pieces to the batter and then fry in the pan. Spread the egg pancake with 4 treats (a different one in each “corner”) and serve.
