Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 6 eggs
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 2 tbsp chives
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Hard-boil the eggs and then slice them finely with an egg slicer. While the eggs are cooking, dice the onion. Combine the onions, chopped eggs, chives, and mayonnaise in a bowl. Finally, season the salad with salt, and it’s ready. Egg salad tastes best when it’s left to marinate.
