Dandelion Liqueur
The perfect dandelion liqueur recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 150 piece Dandelion flowers
- 150 g Rock sugar
- 250 Milliliters Water
- 1 piece Lemon fresh
- 700 Milliliters Grain
- Pick dandelion flowers in the midday sun and lay them out in the sun for one to two hours so that the animals can go outside. In my opinion, if you wash the flowers, they get too fit to be processed and the animals drown.
- Pluck the dandelion flower leaves and place in a glass. Add rock sugar, water & washed, roughly chopped lemon. Let it steep overnight.
- The next morning add the grain and let it steep for three to four weeks in a dark place now and then. Then strain and fill into nice bottles.
