Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 ½ liters of juice (rhubarb juice)
- 400 g sugar
- 4 packets of vanilla sugar
- 1 bottle of rum, white overseas rum, 54%
Instructions
Working time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour
From approximately 2.5-3 kg of fresh rhubarb, make 1.5 liters of rhubarb juice in a juicer and mix with the sugar and 3-4 tablespoons of vanilla sugar. Then add the rum and mix well again. The liqueur is then bottled and doesn’t need to stand for very long. But if you want, you can let it stand for at least 4 weeks.
