Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 handfuls of dandelion leaves
- 3 apples
- lemon juice
- Sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 3 tbsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Wash the dandelion leaves and drain well. Quarter and finely chop the washed and cored apples. Pour lemon juice, sugar, salt, and oil over the apples and toss with the finely chopped dandelion leaves.
