Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 250 g rice (long grain rice)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 2 gherkins
  • 1 apple
  • 1 can/n peas, corn and peppers
  • 250 g meat sausage
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp paprika powder
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ½ bunch parsley, chopped
  • ½ bunch chives, chopped
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 cup yogurt, whole milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the rice until tender and let it cool. Dice the onion, bell peppers, gherkins, apple, and sausage, add them to the rice, and mix well. Stir in the peas, corn, and bell peppers. Prepare a marinade from the above ingredients and stir it into the rice and vegetable mixture.
