Ingredients

for the dough:

  • 130 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 50 g Semi-Fat butter
  • 100 g Yogurt
  • 3 Eggs
  • 150 g Flour
  • 50 g Food starch
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 0,5 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 glass Sour cherries
  • 3 tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp Milk

for the cream and the topping:

  • 1 pack Paradise cream vanilla
  • 350 ml Milk
  • 100 g Dark chocolate
  • 100 ml Milk

Instructions

  • Mix the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and butter for a few minutes on the highest setting with the hand mixer until foamy. Stir in yogurt. Mix the flour, cornstarch, baking powder and baking soda and stir briefly on a low level. Pour half of the batter into a parchment-lined springform pan.
  • Stir the cocoa powder and, if necessary, 1 tablespoon of milk into the rest of the batter (if the batter is otherwise too firm). Spread the dark dough on the light dough in the springform pan. Drain the cherries well and spread them on the dough. Press in lightly. Bake in the preheated oven on the middle rack at 180 degrees for about 30 - 35 minutes.
  • Then let it cool down. For the Creme Paradiescreme, mix with 350 ml milk according to the instructions on the package for about 3 minutes. Spread on the cooled cake. Melt chocolate with 100 ml milk in a saucepan over low heat. Spread on the vanilla cream and let it set. Chill for at least 1 - 2 hours before cutting.
