Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g date(s), dried
  • 60 ml oil
  • 60 g almonds, ground
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 ½ pinch(s) of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

First, puree or finely chop the dates, then toss them with the oil and almonds. Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt well and add to the date mixture. Knead everything well and either roll into a ball or knead into a ball and chill for 30 minutes. If the dough is too dry, add a splash of water. You can then either cut slices from the roll or roll out the dough and cut out cookies. Preheat the oven to 150°C (fan oven). Spread the cookie dough pieces on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes. 45 kcal per serving.
