Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 125 g rice, any
  • 6 dates, dried
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Supplement

Cook the rice in salted water as usual. Peel and pit the dates, and chop them finely (be careful, they are very sticky). Then mix them into the cooked rice. It tastes great with an exotic and spicy curry or fried meats.
