Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 10 walnuts
  • 20 dates, candied
  • 200 g mascarpone, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Carefully crack the walnuts, remove the skin, and halve them. Cut the dates open, remove the pit, and open them. Then add 1 teaspoon of fresh mascarpone to each date and place half a walnut kernel on top.
