makes about 6 pieces
Sift the wheat flour onto a work surface and add the salt. Make a well in the center. Mix the yeast with the sour cream. Pour into the well and knead everything by hand until a firm dough forms. Cover with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place for 20 minutes. Preheat the oven to 190°C. Grease small aluminum molds or a large baking sheet. Knead the risen dough a little more on a floured surface and then form into small balls. Place these in the greased molds or on the baking sheet. Reserve some dough for decoration. Beat the egg and brush it over the tops of the rolls. Cut thin strips of the leftover dough and use them to decorate the rolls. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake on the second rack from the bottom of the oven for 20-30 minutes.
