Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • Sweetener, equivalent to 60 g sugar
  • ½ packet of vanilla sugar
  • some butter-vanilla flavoring
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g margarine, semi-skimmed
  • 240 g flour (spelt flour)
  • 20 g oat flakes
  • 10 g sunflower seeds, possibly more
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 apples
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • possibly chocolate shavings

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Core the apples, dice them into small cubes, and squeeze the lemon juice over them. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Mix the margarine, eggs, sweetener, vanilla sugar, and butter-vanilla flavoring. Combine the flour with the oats, sunflower seeds, cinnamon, and baking powder, and stir into the margarine mixture. Fold in the apples, place them in small heaps on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, sprinkle with sunflower seeds, if desired, and bake for 10 minutes. They also taste great with chocolate shavings mixed into the batter.
