Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 100 g clarified butter
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 flavoring (Citro-Back)
- 5 ½ tbsp rum or arrack
- 500 g flour
- 250 g sugar

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 30 minutes
Cream together the butter, clarified butter, eggs, and sugar until fluffy. Add the Citro-Back and rum or arrack, whisking continuously. Then stir in the flour. Refrigerate the dough overnight. Roll out thinly and cut out cookies of your choice. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C – 200°C (convection oven) for about 5-8 minutes. Tip: I always fill some of the cookies with jam or nougat.
