Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g flour
- 200 g hazelnuts, ground
- 100 g sugar
- 1 tbsp baking cocoa
- 200 g butter
- 100 g dark chocolate coating
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl. Add the softened butter in cubes and knead into a smooth dough. Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180-200°C (fan oven). Form the dough into 1 cm thick rolls and cut each into 5 cm long pieces. Slightly round off the ends. Place the nut rolls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for 10-15 minutes. Let the cookies cool. Melt the chocolate coating in a water bath and dip both ends of the cookies in the chocolate.
