Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter, very soft
- 100 g powdered sugar, sifted
- 1 pack flavoring (lemon)
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 egg yolk
- 300 g flour
- 25 g cornstarch

makes about 70 pieces
Beat the butter, powdered sugar, and flavoring until fluffy. Stir in the egg and egg yolk. Mix the flour and cornstarch and sift them into the egg mixture, then stir in. Fill the batter into a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle and pipe rosettes onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool. Note: Because the dough is very soft, it’s not suitable for use with a pastry press. However, when I wanted to use the pastry press, I simply added a little more flour to make it a bit firmer.
