Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 basil leaves
  • 300 g mixed berries, preferably frozen
  • 1 half banana(s)
  • 4 tbsp milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

The perfect refreshment for hot summer days

First, cut the banana into large pieces. Then, roughly puree the banana with the milk and add the basil. Then, gradually add the frozen berries, preferably only slightly thawed, and puree everything again. It tastes great, especially on hot days, and the frozen berries keep it nice and cold.
