Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 250 g pasta (e.g. fusilli, penne)
- 250 g minced meat
- 2 bell peppers, red and yellow
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 onion(s)
- 3 garlic cloves
- ½ tube(s) tomato paste
- ½ tsp sambal oelek
- 150 ml vegetable stock
- marjoram
- oregano
- Fresh basil, chopped
- oil
- salt and pepper
- e.g. soy sauce
Instructions

also ideal for using up leftovers
Cook the noodles according to the package instructions until al dente and drain. Fry the minced meat in a little oil in a large pan until browned and crumbly, then remove from the pan. Dice the onion and fry in oil in the pan, add the diced bell peppers and fry. Add the quartered tomatoes, tomato paste, and sambal oelek, and stir in the crushed garlic cloves. Deglaze with the stock and simmer briefly. Season with basil, marjoram, and oregano, and add pepper and salt or soy sauce to taste. Finally, mix in the meat and noodles and heat through thoroughly before serving.
