with three kinds of chocolate, for about 75 cookies

Finely chop the chocolate. Beat the butter, vanilla sugar, and sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs and mix, then stir in the flour and baking powder. Stir in the oats and chocolate. Roll the mixture into a log, wrap it in cling film, and place it in the freezer for about 2 hours. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius (375 degrees Fahrenheit). Remove the dough from the film and cut into about 75 slices using a sharp knife. Place the cookies, leaving some space between them, on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake until the edges are lightly browned. They will still look slightly uncooked, but will firm up as they cool. If you like, you can drizzle some chocolate glaze over them.
