Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 200 g sugar
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
- 250 g butter
- 250 g oat flakes (wholemeal flakes)
- 200 g desiccated coconut
- Flour for the work surface
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Combine all ingredients and knead with the dough hook of a mixer until smooth. Roll out the dough thinly on a lightly floured surface and cut out cookies. Place on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C – 200°C for about 10 minutes. Tip: They also taste delicious with chocolate icing.
