Ingredients

  • 6 piece Potato freshly peeled
  • 2 piece Wiener sausages
  • 1 piece Clove of garlic
  • 1 tsp Flour
  • 2 piece Free range eggs
  • 1 piece Chopped onion
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • 1 pinch Nutmeg
  • Curry hot

Instructions

  • Use a coarse grater to slice the peeled potatoes into strips, then drain off the water.
  • Chop the wieners and add them to the potatoes. Likewise the eggs and all the spices including the chopped onion.
  • Heat olive oil in a medium pan and pour in the mixture. Then fry on one side until crispy, then turn and sizzle the other side until golden brown. If you have more coal left over, you can leave out the Viennese and fry a schnitzel with it.
  • P.S. In the photo you see the rest of the Röstitaler ..... 🙂
