Delicious lasagna rolls with spinach filling

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 15 lasagna sheets
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 250 g spinach (frozen)
  • 250 g quark
  • 150 g Parmesan, grated
  • pepper
  • 20 g butter
  • 200 ml cream
  • Olive oil for the mold
  • chili powder
  • Nutmeg, grated
  • Chives, cut into rolls

Instructions

Working time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Cook 5 lasagna sheets at a time in boiling water until al dente. Rinse with cold water, then place on a clean kitchen towel and let dry. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic, then sauté in melted butter. Add the spinach. Thaw at a low heat and simmer briefly (if using leaf spinach, thaw and chop beforehand). Then transfer to a bowl and let cool. Mix in the quark with 50g of the cheese and season to taste with the spices. Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil. Spoon some of the spinach mixture onto the lasagna sheets. Roll them up and place them in the dish. Repeat with all the lasagna sheets. Add the chives to the cream and season to taste. Pour the cream over the pasta rolls and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (convection oven) for about 30 minutes.
