Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 lemon(s), untreated, juice and zest
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Whip the cream. Mix the quark with all ingredients (except the cream). Finally, fold in the cream. Pour into a bowl or glass dish.
