Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g flour (whole wheat flour)
- 100 g oat flakes, wholegrain
- 30 g yeast, fresh
- 200 ml buttermilk
- 100 g quark
- 1 tsp salt
- 40 g butter, soft
- 30 g sesame seeds
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Mix the flour with the oats. Gently warm the buttermilk and add it with the crumbled yeast. Add the quark, salt, softened butter, and sesame seeds. Knead everything into a smooth dough. Pour the dough into a loaf pan, cover, and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size. Brush the surface with water and sprinkle with oats. Bake the bread in a preheated oven at 180°-200°C for approximately 50-60 minutes. Important: All dough ingredients should be at room temperature during preparation!
