Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500g penne
- salt water
- 250 g cocktail tomatoes
- 200 g Cabanossi
- 1 small jar of red pesto
- herbs, Italian
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- some salt and pepper
- some sugar
- ½ cup cream
- some margarine
Instructions

an original creation, simple and delicious
Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Set aside. Slice the Cabanossi. Finely dice the garlic. Make a cross-shaped cut at the base of the stems in the cocktail tomatoes, place them in a bowl, and blanch them in boiling water. Let stand for 2-5 minutes. Drain in a sieve, refresh with cold water, and peel them. Heat a little margarine in a pan, add the cocktail tomatoes, and sauté for 2-3 minutes with a little sugar. Add the Cabanossi. Add the garlic. Stir in the jar of pesto, sauté for about 1 minute, and deglaze with a little cream. Immediately add the cooked pasta and simmer for another 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs.
