- 1 m.-sized apple
- 1 m.-sized banana(s)
- 30 ml yogurt (blueberry yogurt)
- 60 ml natural yogurt
- 50 g strawberries
- 1 m.-sized kiwi(s), peeled

Chop the apple, banana, kiwi, and strawberries into small pieces and mix with the yogurt. Blend everything together and serve.
