Recipe for the slow cooker (Crock Pot), also children like

First, using a hand mixer (dough hook), thoroughly mix the ground beef with the breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, grated garlic clove, chopped onion, and egg. Add a little salt and pepper (about 1/2 teaspoon salt and the same amount of pepper. If you like it spicier, add a little more pepper). Form the mixture into small meatballs. Briefly fry them on both sides in a pan with a little oil. You can omit this, but I prefer the meatballs to have a lightly fried aroma. Remove the pan from the heat. Add the tomato puree and pasta sauce to the slow cooker, stir, and season with a little more salt and pepper if desired. Then carefully add the meatballs, one at a time. Close the slow cooker and cook for 3-4 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low. Serve with pasta.
