Apple Crumble

  • 1 kg Tart apples

  • 150 g Raisins

  • 4 piece Flight mango
  • 4 piece Eggs
  • 1,5 l Cream
  • 200 g Powdered sugar
  • 5 tsp Bourbon vanilla
  • 3 piece Vanilla pods

  • 1 piece Vanilla pod
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp Food starch
  • 350 ml Milk

Apple Crumble

  1. For the Apple Crumble, preheat the oven to 180 ° C to 200 ° C. Peel the apples and cut into 1 cm wedges. Arrange in a baking dish and place the blackberries and raisins on top. Sprinkle with cinnamon and ground ginger.
  1. Put the flour and powdered sugar in a large bowl and add the butter flakes. Knead everything well until there are crumbles. Distribute the mixture evenly in the baking dish. The apples must be completely covered.
  1. Bake the dessert in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes until the crumble is golden brown.
