Ingredients
 

  • 4 Belle de Boskoop Apples
  • 150 g Marzipan raw mass
  • 1 tbsp Almond sticks
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 splash Rum Flavoring
  • 1 pinch Brown sugar
  • 500 ml Milk
  • 1 packet Custard powder
  • 4 Vanilla ice cream balls
  • 1 pinch Cinammon

Instructions
 

  • Cut out the core of the apples and fill up with marzipan. Put the almond sticks, a butter flake and a drop of rum flavor and a little brown sugar on the opening and bake at 180C ° for about 15-20 minutes.
  • Heat 2 / 3 of the milk and stir in the pudding powder, bring to the boil while stirring constantly and remove from the stove. If the mixture becomes too firm, stir in the remaining cold milk.
  • Serve the pudding with the baked apples and vanilla ice cream and dust with cinnamon.
