- 100 g Cream
- 250 g Quark lean
- 4 Egg yolk
- 100 ml White wine lovely
- 50 g Sugar
- 50 g Chopped almonds
Instructions
- Beat the cream with a little sugar until stiff, add the quark, mix and place in the fridge.
- Whip the egg yolks with the white wine and a little sugar over the hot water bath until creamy, then place in the cold water and stir until cold.
- When it comes to sugar, it depends on how sweet everyone wants the food to be, so try it more often.
- When the mixture is cold, stir in the cream and quark mixture, roast the almonds dry, then pour the cream into glasses and sprinkle with the almonds.
