Ingredients
 

  • 100 g Cream
  • 250 g Quark lean
  • 4 Egg yolk
  • 100 ml White wine lovely
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 50 g Chopped almonds

Instructions
 

  • Beat the cream with a little sugar until stiff, add the quark, mix and place in the fridge.
  • Whip the egg yolks with the white wine and a little sugar over the hot water bath until creamy, then place in the cold water and stir until cold.
  • When it comes to sugar, it depends on how sweet everyone wants the food to be, so try it more often.
  • When the mixture is cold, stir in the cream and quark mixture, roast the almonds dry, then pour the cream into glasses and sprinkle with the almonds.
