- 2 piece Shell schnitzel
- 2 piece Pollack fillet in flour breading
- 2 kg Waxy potatoes
- 1 liter Vegetable broth
- 1 piece Cucumber
- 3 piece Diced onion
- Salt

- Oil
- Boil potatoes. Dice the onion, put it raw once in a bowl and cook some in the vegetable stock. Peel the potato, add the broth and season to taste with salt, pepper and vinegar. Let cool a little, about lukewarm. Then add the cucumber in thin slices. When it is cold and has drawn, add a little oil. We like him a bit clumpy. Then fry the schnitzel in a grill pan, season with salt and pepper in the pan. I put the frozen fish in a second pan. My husband ate garlic sauce with the schnitzel.
