Dessert: Honey-milk Dish

  • 4 sheet Gelatin
  • 4 Egg yolk
  • 60 g Sugar
  • 1 Pck Vanilla sugar
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 350 ml Milk
  • 3 El Honey
  1. Soak the gelatine in cold water. Mix egg yolks, sugar, vanilla sugar and honey until foamy, gradually add the milk up to 50 ml.
  2. Make the remaining milk warm and dissolve the gelatine in it and add to the mixture, stir well and refrigerate.
  3. As soon as the mousse starts to gel, whip the cream until stiff and fold in, then chill again.
