Ingredients
 

  • 4 sheet Gelatin
  • 4 Egg yolk
  • 60 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 350 ml Milk
  • 3 tbsp Honey

Instructions
 

  • Soak the gelatine in cold water. Mix egg yolks, sugar, vanilla sugar and honey until foamy, gradually add the milk up to 50 ml.
  • Make the remaining milk warm and dissolve the gelatine in it and add to the mixture, stir well and refrigerate.
  • As soon as the mousse starts to gel, whip the cream until stiff and fold in, then chill again.
