Ingredients
- 4 sheet Gelatin
- 4 Egg yolk
- 60 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 200 ml Cream
- 350 ml Milk
- 3 tbsp Honey
Instructions
- Soak the gelatine in cold water. Mix egg yolks, sugar, vanilla sugar and honey until foamy, gradually add the milk up to 50 ml.
- Make the remaining milk warm and dissolve the gelatine in it and add to the mixture, stir well and refrigerate.
- As soon as the mousse starts to gel, whip the cream until stiff and fold in, then chill again.
