Ingredients

potatoes

  • 700 g Potatoes
  • 1 small Organic lemon
  • Sea salt
  • 2 stems Rosemary
  • Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Sesame

Quark

  • 600 g Quark lean
  • 250 g Natural yoghurt
  • 250 g Milk
  • 250 g Natural mineral water
  • 1 Onion
  • 3 Onion Schlotten - the green of the floating onion
  • Chives
  • Zucchini
  • 3 Radish
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

potatoes

  • Wash the potatoes, dry them, quarter them and put them in a baking dish.
  • Rinse the lemon, cut it into small pieces and add to the potatoes with the rosemary.
  • Add salt and oil, mix everything well and let stand a little.
  • In the 200c. Put in the hot oven and sprinkle with the sesame seeds 10 minutes before the end of cooking. Always try to see if the potatoes are soft.

Quark

  • Mix the quark and yoghurt, mineral water and a little oil until smooth, cut the onion slices and chives into small rolls and add them.
  • Peel the onion and rub it into the quark with a grater - I like to do it that way you don't have the large pieces of onion in the quark.
  • Now wash the radishes and zucchini and rub them into the quark as well - stir everything well
  • Now season everything with salt and pepper and let it steep a little.
  • Arrange the potatoes with the quark on a plate and enjoy bon appetit; 🙂
