Ingredients

  • 1 packet Pasta
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 shot Olive oil
  • 2 cans Tuna drained in oil
  • 1 can Chopped tomatoes
  • 1 pinch Pepper from the grinder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 shot Cream
  • Chilli flakes as needed
  • Freshly grated Parmesan

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente.
  • In the meantime, peel the onion and cut into fine cubes. Heat a dash of olive oil in a large frying pan and fry the onion cubes in it over medium heat until translucent. Add the tuna and fry everything briefly. Stir in the tomatoes, add the dash of cream, season with salt and pepper, bring to the boil briefly. Stir in the chilli flakes depending on the heat you want. Fold in a good handful of Parmesan, keep the rest to sprinkle.
  • Drain the nudes and mix with the sauce. If you are not too hungry, let everything stand a little ... Sprinkle the rest of the Pamesan over the pasta and off you go!
