super simple and yet so delicious
Place the meat in a roasting tin (I use the lid of a goose roasting tin). Pour the prepared vegetables, sauces, and cream over the meat. Stir everything together. Place in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for a good hour. Stir occasionally to brown the meat on all sides. Finally, sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve with salad and fresh bread. Tips: If you like it very spicy, you can also slice in a fresh chili pepper. You can use up almost any leftover vegetables—carrots and tomatoes also go very well with it. This goulash is very easy to prepare.
