Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg potatoes
- Salt
- pepper
- Paprika powder
- butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cut the potatoes into small cubes (about 2 x 2 cm), pat dry with kitchen paper, and fry in butter. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika to taste. You can also add bacon, onion, or fresh bell pepper.
