Christmas hazelnut-almond-coconut slices
Chop the chocolate coating and melt it with the butter over low heat, then let it cool slightly. In the meantime, beat the eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla sugar, and gingerbread spice until thick and creamy, then mix it with the butter-couverture mixture. Then stir in the flour, baking powder, and rum flavoring, followed by the hazelnuts, almonds, and desiccated coconut. Line a deep baking sheet (not too large, approx. 30 x 40 cm) with baking paper and spread the dough evenly. Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the dough on the middle rack for about 20 minutes. Once cooled, cut into approximately 3 x 3 cm pieces and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
