- n. B. water
- 1 dashes sweetener
- possibly cream
- possibly lemon juice

Banana Shake Light
Peel the banana, place it in a bowl, and add a little water, then puree. Now add water as desired (depending on how many people you’re serving and how thick or thin you prefer it). Add liquid sweetener to taste. If you’re looking for something a little less calorie-intensive, you can add a splash (or two) of cream. A dash of lemon juice can add a little extra zest. Fill a large glass 1/4 full with crushed ice and pour in the drink.
