Dieter's crayfish – meat – exotically sautéed (shortly fried)

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g crayfish meat
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled, sliced
  • 1 piece(s) ginger, thumb-sized, peeled, sliced
  • 1 piece(s) cinnamon, about 5 cm long
  • 1 vanilla pod(s), 5 cm, slit
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 40 g butter
  • 1 tbsp oil (rapeseed)
  • ¼ tsp curry
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

As a starter or main course

Briefly fry the spices in the hot oil. Do not allow to brown. Add the crayfish meat and fry briefly. Add the butter, let it foam, and toss the ingredients in the butter. Set the pan aside. Season with salt, if desired. Drizzle the crayfish meat with the lemon juice. Serve without spices. Add the garlic slices, if desired. Serve, e.g., on a bed of lettuce and drizzle with the flavored butterfat. Serve with fresh white bread or toast.
