Dieter's linguine with spicy Camembert and tomato sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 350 g pasta, linguine (flat, thin spaghetti)
  • 200 g Camembert(s), spicy
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 1 can tomato(s), chopped (Pizza tomatoes) – 425 ml
  • 1 bunch chives, in rolls (or frozen)
  • Pizza seasoning
  • 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce, or a little more to taste.
  • Sea salt
  • Pepper, colorful from the mill
  • some butter, for greasing

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

WITHOUT bacon, meat and fish

Cook the linguine until it’s not quite al dente, drain, and rinse with cold water to prevent further cooking. Drain well. Mix the crème fraîche and tomatoes. Fold in the remaining ingredients. Season with pizza seasoning, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Place the linguine in a lightly buttered dish (pan). Pour the sauce over it. Bake in the oven (top and bottom heat) at 220°C for about 20 minutes.
