Dieter’s Style Pizza
The perfect dieter’s style pizza recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Pizza dough from my KB.
- 120 g Tomatoes happened
- 2 tbsp Ajvar to taste
- 1 small Diced onion
- 2 piece Garlic cloves chopped
- 2 cm Chopped ginger
- 2 piece Pickled hot peppers
- 1 tbsp Pizza seasoning
- 200 g Grated cheese
- 150 g Mushrooms canned drained
- 200 g Cooked ham
- 150 g Salami of your choice
- Pizza dough made from my KB as described. Before I put the dough on a baking sheet, I first put some oil on it, which I spread thinly on the sheet. This prevents the dough from sticking to the tray after baking.
- Place the passé tomatoes with ajvar in a bowl. Drain the peppers and add finely chopped. Peel and finely chop the onion, garlic and ginger to add to the rest of the bowl. Add the pizza seasoning and stir everything well, the mixture is then evenly distributed over the pizza dough
- I put some grated cheese, ham and salami on top of the tomato mixture. On top of these ingredients I put mushrooms from the jar (drained). Or freshly cleaned, and cheese is spread over it again. Now we put the pizza in the preheated oven at 180-200 degrees, depending on the oven, for about 18-20 minutes.
