Ingredients

  • 350 g Turkey breast
  • Salt pepper
  • Mustard
  • 100 g Carrot salad
  • 200 g Pig meat
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 250 ml Poultry stock
  • 300 g Green beans TK
  • Ham throws from raw ham
  • 30 g Butter
  • 4 Boiled potatoes
  • 1 Onion

Instructions

  • Wash the turkey breast and cut into a large, thin slice. Salt and pepper these. Brush with mustard and then apply a thin layer of carrot / apple salad (use leftover). Spread the pork meat as the last layer.
  • Roll everything up into a roulade, tie it well (see illustration) and you're done. Salt the outside of the roulade again. Fry well on all sides and add the poultry stock. Cook for about 30 minutes on low heat or in the oven at 150 ° C. Season to taste with salt and pepper mill.
  • Thicken the sauce with roux.
  • Boil green beans (frozen) in salted water for 15 minutes. Pour off the water and add the butter, onion and a little savory. Fry the ham cubes until crispy and then sprinkle over the beans.
  • We had boiled potatoes with it.
