Dill Sauce with Fresh Dill …

The perfect dill sauce with fresh dill … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 20 g Butter
  • 20 g Flour
  • 100 ml White wine dry
  • 100 ml Good meat broth
  • 50 ml Cream
  • 2 Pinches Salt
  • 1 bunch Fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  1. Preliminary work: pluck the delicate dill flags from the branches – discard the branches, put a few nice flags aside for garnish and cut the rest of the flags as finely as possible.
  2. Preparation 2: Sweat the butter with the flour for a few minutes while stirring, deglaze with the wine and meat stock, add salt and simmer the sauce gently for about 7 minutes, then refine with cream and the freshly cut dill.
  3. Season the sauce with lemon juice and serve with mixed vegetables with fried fish fingers.
  4. This fine sauce tastes good with all fish dishes, but also with boiled or lost eggs – and served with colorful vegetables, it is a real “eye-catcher”!
